Dodge SEMA Teaser

Dodge and Mopar have teased a Charger concept for the upcoming SEMA Show, and it’s likely based on the Charger Scat Pack, which features an inline-six engine. The range-topping variant produces 550 hp and 531 lb-ft of torque. Here are the key points from the teaser:

  • The concept is expected to be a gas-powered variant, as hinted by a mid-mounted intake in the teaser image.
  • The car will have a contrasting black hood and is painted in a striking purple color.
  • Mopar is also expected to showcase a range of performance parts at the event.

The SEMA Show returns on November 4th, and Stellantis is planning to make a splash with a “wild array of customized vehicles.” Aside from full-builds and concepts, the company will showcase hundreds of performance parts at the event.

While details are scarce, the 2026 Dodge Charger R/T starts at $49,995 and features a twin-turbo 3.0-liter Hurricane inline-six producing 420 hp and 468 lb-ft of torque. The Charger Scat Pack, on the other hand, ups the ante with a high-output engine developing 550 hp and 531 lb-ft of torque.

The Charger Scat Pack can rocket from 0-60 mph in 3.9 seconds and run the quarter-mile in 12.2 seconds, with a top speed of 177 mph. Both engines are paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission and a standard all-wheel drive system, which can be switched to rear-wheel drive mode for “effortless drifts, smoky donut spins, and pure driving exhilaration.”

The Charger Scat Pack is scheduled to arrive at dealerships later this year, while the R/T will follow in mid-2026. For more information on what’s in store from Stellantis, keep an eye on the SEMA Show coverage.
