Posted on January 22, 2024January 22, 2024 by thecruisectrlr

Stellantis reaffirms a 500-mile range for its STLA EV platform, set to underpin upcoming cars and SUVs. The platform features 400-volt or 800-volt charging, fast charging at 4.5 kwh/min with 800-volt hardware, and battery packs ranging from 85 kwh to 118 kwh. Stellantis plans to launch eight STLA Large-based vehicles, including Dodge and Jeep models, between 2024 and 2026. The platform supports various configurations, “extreme power” capabilities, and over-the-air updates for the powertrain. Ground clearance hints at potential off-road applications.
