The 2027 Kia Telluride is set to make its global debut on November 20 at the Los Angeles Auto Show, building on the success of its predecessor, one of Kia’s most decorated and best-selling models. The second-generation Telluride promises to raise the bar for Kia’s flagship SUV.

Design Inspired by “Opposites United” Philosophy

The teaser images showcase Kia’s “Opposites United” design language, which celebrates the harmony of contrasts between nature and technology, strength and elegance. The 2027 Telluride boasts a square-shouldered, upright silhouette, accentuated by thin vertical LED light signatures in red and amber tones. The design is inspired by the rugged beauty of the Rocky Mountains, with aggressively sculpted triangular fender creases that evoke the sharp facets of a diamond, symbolizing both strength and refinement.

A Commanding Presence

The new Telluride exudes power and poise from every angle. A broad hood with straight, clean lines emphasizes its bold stance, while the rising beltline and forward-raked D-pillar convey a sense of motion. Black inserts along the D-pillar create a floating roof effect, adding to the SUV’s modern aesthetic. The broad fenders and fluid body contours strike a balance between muscularity and elegance, reflecting Kia’s evolving premium SUV design identity.

Global Debut and What’s Next

The full specifications, interior details, and powertrain information for the 2027 Kia Telluride will be revealed during Kia’s press conference at the Los Angeles Auto Show on November 20 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time. This unveiling marks a significant moment for the brand as Kia continues to push the boundaries of design, technology, and performance in the modern SUV segment.
