Lamborghini Offers Extended Warranty Program
A good car warranty is something you hope to never use. It’s a promise from the automaker to pay for repairs if something breaks. Lamborghini has taken this a step further by introducing a new warranty program.
The Italian automaker now offers a five-year warranty on its latest models, including the Temerario, Revuelto, and Urus SE. Additionally, Lamborghini provides an eight-year standard warranty on the high-voltage batteries in its hybrid vehicles.
Lamborghini’s Selezione Warranty Extension program takes it a step further, protecting supercars for up to a decade from the date of first registration. This puts Lamborghini on par with Kia’s 10-year warranty, which is also good for 100,000 miles. Notably, Lamborghini’s warranty doesn’t have a mileage limit.
According to Giuliano Cassataro, Lamborghini’s head of after-sales, “Our mission is to provide comprehensive support to customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their cars.” By keeping its cars on the road and in good condition, Lamborghini aims to safeguard and even increase their value.

The Importance of Warranty Coverage
Modern cars are reliable, but issues can still arise in the first few years of ownership. This is when warranty coverage matters most. While a decade-long warranty is not the norm, it’s becoming more common. Kia and Hyundai offer 10-year powertrain warranties, and Ram recently announced a 10-year, 100,000-mile warranty on its 2026 1500 pickup.
Other manufacturers are also offering extended warranties. Toyota provides a 12-month, 12,000-mile warranty on certified pre-owned vehicles, and Chevrolet extended the 2024 Silverado’s warranty to 100,000 miles for a specific model.
