Toyota’s iconic Supra seems to be losing its luster, as recent sales data for the first quarter of 2024 reveals a significant decline. The once-celebrated sports car only managed to sell 484 units during this period, marking a staggering 44.4 percent drop compared to the same timeframe in the previous year. This downward trend follows a consistent decrease since its peak sales of 6,830 units in 2021. Despite efforts to revitalize interest, such as introducing manual transmission options for the turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six models in 2023, the Supra’s popularity continues to wane.
